Submitting a PSA to CMG Jacksonville Radio

Cox Media Group is committed to the Jacksonville community. We serve as an ongoing promotional channel for local non-profits in several key ways and provide these services for FREE.

As a service to our listeners and the community, our radio stations broadcast public service announcements (PSA) for non-profit organizations. A PSA is a non-commercial advertisement, broadcast for the public good.

Please read the below Guidelines before submitting your PSA Request to PSA-JAC@cmg.com.

• PSA requests must be submitted by an organization that qualifies as tax-exempt under IRS Tax Code 501(c)
• Information should provide a service or benefit for the community, listeners and/or members. The following PSA content will not be aired:

1. Rallies or demonstrations
2. Ticket, product or donation pricing
3. Book signings or public appearances
4. Benefits for individuals
5. Workshops or classes
6. Anything related to candidates for public or political office
7. Anything related to political organizations
8. Religious content

• Submission Deadlines – It is recommended to send in your submissions as soon as possible as there are large amounts of requests each week. Please make sure that you give at least Ten (10) days prior to the requested start date if providing pre-recorded audio. Fourteen (14) days prior to the requested start date if not providing pre-recorded audio.
• Run Dates - Provide desired broadcast start and end dates (maximum 30 days).
• Length - PSAs must be either :15, :30 or :60 seconds in length.
• Formats - The preferred digital audio format for email is mp3, however, we also accept scripts.
• Submit your PSA request via email at PSA-JAC@cmg.com

Event Listings

To enter your Event Listings, go to the station web site of your choice, click on EVENTS, click on EVENTS LISTINGS, on the right side click on ADD EVENT. You must either log in or register to add your event.
