It looks like The 1975 will be releasing a new song next week. They posted a graphic on Instagram that says “TOOtimeTOOtimeTootime” 15th August” which will be the second single from their upcoming album “A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships.” More details here

Vampire Weekend played at Lollapalooza over the weekend and the lead singer Ezra Koenig announced that their 4th album is on the way. He said quote, “ I wanted to tell you that the album is done now.” Watch the video here

The Roast Of Bruce Willis 

 The Roast of Bruce Willis went down last night and it was pretty funny. Joseph Gordan Levitt was the host, they worked on the movie “Looper” together. Demi Moore came out as the surprise guest and one of her funny lines was quote, ” After our divorce, he said he considered the end of our marriage his biggest failure, but Bruce, don’t be so hard on yourself, you’ve had much bigger failures. I mean Planet Hollywood, ‘Hudson Hawk,’ ‘Striking Distance,’ campaigning for Michael Dukakis, turning down Clooney’s role in ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ to focus on playing the harmonica?” The other roasters were Edward Norton, Kevin Pollak, Nikki Glaser, Cybill Shepherd, Jeff Ross, Martha Stewart, Lil Rel Howery, Dennis Rodman, and Dom Irrera. Ryan Reynolds “Stoned” Home Alone Spin-Off

Ryan Reynolds is producing a Home Alone spin-off called “Stoned Alone” and yes, it’s exactly what you think it is. According to Esquire, Stoned Alone will quote, “centre around a 20-something space cowboy who misses the flight for his skiing holiday. He returns home, smokes too much weed and becomes convinced that thieves have broken into his house.” Of course, he’s right and then he has to set up traps to catch them. While he’s stoned. Why Jack White Doesn’t Use A Set-List At Shows 

Fun fact about Jack White, he doesn’t use a set-list when he plays a live show. Apparently it’s because he wants the show to quote, “Be alive.” He told Rolling Stone quote,

 “I want each show to be different so that the crowd is in control of what’s really happening onstage, whether they know it or not.” Read more about his shows here 

Liam Gallagher Is Ready For An Oasis Reunion

Since Oasis broke up back in 2009, fans have been begging for a reunion, and it looks like Liam Gallagher is finally on board. He tweeted out to his brother Noel saying he forgives him and he wants a reunion. He tweeted quote, “

“Earth to noel listen up rkid I hear your doing gigs where people can’t drink alcohol now that’s the BeZarist thing you’ve done yet”....“I forgive you now let’s get the BIG O back together and stop f**king about the drinks are on me LG x”

Apparently he didn’t get a response and then tweeted “I’ll take that as a NO then as you were LG.”

Dave Grohl On Why He Didn’t Sing In Nirvana

According to NME, Dave Grohl opened up about his time in Nirvana and why he didn’t sing or write any of the songs. He said quote, “

“I didn’t like my voice, I didn’t think I was a songwriter, and I was in a band with one of the greatest songwriters of our generation. I didn’t really want to rock the boat.” He said in a CBS interview when he recorded the first Foo Fighters in ‘95 he didn’t even think it was a record.  Read more here

Dave Grohl Reveals The “Best Opening Band” They’ve Ever Had 

Dave Grohl talked about the best band to open for a Foo Fighters show and even though they’ve had A LOT of talented bands play before them, it was The Struts who won him over. He said quote, “

“That kid Luke, the singer, it’s unbelievable. He’ll walk out in front of an audience in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where nobody has ever heard of them and by the end of the show he’ll have the entire audience in the palm of his hand.”
