Big Ticket 2018 - Frequently Asked Questions

 

WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN AT DAILY’S PLACE? 

Fans can enter Daily’s Place through Gates 1 and 4 on the south end of TIAA Bank Field. Unless otherwise noted, gates will open one hour prior to the event start time. 

 

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE DAILY’S PLACE DREAM FINDERS HOMES BOX OFFICE? 

The Dream Finders Box Office at Daily’s Place opens three hours prior to each event’s scheduled start time and is located outside Gate 1 (on the west side of Daily’s Place). The Dream Finders Box Office at Daily’s Place will remain open for one hour after the event’s scheduled start time. Such times are subject to change. Temporary parking is available near the ticket office, accessible via Adams Street. The Dream Finders Box Office at Daily’s Place staff will assist you with all will call tickets. Valid government-issued photo identification is required to confirm your identity when picking up will call tickets. Only the person listed will be allowed to pick up the tickets. 

 

WHAT CONCESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE DURING THE EVENT? 

On the ground level, Daily’s Place visitors can take advantage of bars and concessions in the Lycamobile South End Market just north of the amphitheater seating bowl, while guests on the concourse level can purchase food and beverage in or near the Bud Light Party Zone. Guests with tickets in the Fields Auto Terrace Suite have access to premium concessions in the Fields Auto Terrace Suite through their loaded VIP ticket. Delaware North Sportservice is the food and beverage provider at Daily’s Place. 

 

CAN I USE A CREDIT CARD AT DAILY’S PLACE? 

VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted throughout the venue at most concession and merchandise locations. 

 

WHERE CAN I FIND AN ATM? 

ATMs can be found on the ground level in the Lycamobile South End Zone Market or on the concourse level at the Bud Light Party Zone. 

 

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE MERCHANDISE ON EVENT DAY? 

Official event merchandise is available for sale at portable kiosks located on the east side of Daily’s Place Lycamobile South End Market. 

 

DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET? 

All guests are required to possess a ticket except that as follows: children ages 1-23 months do not require a ticket when seated on a parents lap.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A PARKING PASS? 

Unless otherwise indicated, the price of parking at Daily’s Place is included with your ticket. 

 

WHERE DO I PARK ON EVENT DAY? 

General admission parking is located on the west side of the venue at or near Lot J. All guests parked in lots surrounding the venue, except Lot D, should enter through Gate 1. Parking lots open three hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Parking lot times are subject to change. By parking in a Daily’s Place lot, you agree to be bound by all applicable parking lot terms and conditions. 

Premium Parking 

Premium parking is located on the east side of Daily’s Place in Lot D and requires a parking pass. Guests who park in premium parking lots should enter through Gate 4. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD? WILL THE EVENT STILL HAPPEN? 

Events at Daily’s Place will occur rain or shine. In the event of severe inclement weather, guests will be asked to follow facility emergency response protocol. 

 

WHERE CAN I REPORT PROBLEMS DURING AN EVENT? 

Bold Events wants to help create a safe and fun environment for you to enjoy each event. If you notice any behavior that is unruly, disruptive, illegal in nature, please text* “ASSIST” followed by the location and a brief description of the issue to 58154. *Message and data rates may apply. Guests may also call the event day telephone line at (904) 371-1821. 

 

ARE THERE ADA ACCOMMODATIONS AT DAILY’S PLACE? 

Yes, Daily’s Place offer the following accommodations:

  • Assisted listening devices 
  • Elevators

  • Post-event pick-up procedure

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE VENUE? 

Prohibited items are any items that Bold Events personnel determine could pose a threat to guests at Daily’s Place. These items include, without limitation: 

  • Backpacks 
  • Outside drinks, coolers, cans, cups, bottles and beverages 
  • Umbrellas 
  • Knives, guns, and any type of weapons or explosives 
  • Cameras with detachable lenses (palm-size point and shoot subject to promoter approval) 
  • iPads, tablets, laptops or GoPros (includes “Selfie sticks” or poles) 
  • Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles 
  • Strollers, infant carriers and baby bags 
  • Seat cushions 
  • Professional video cameras or recording equipment 
  • Laser pointers 
  • Musical instruments 
  • Gifts for the band or other performers 
  • Noise makers, whistles and air horns 
  • Chairs or inflatables 
  • Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs 
  • Animals (except service animals) 
  • Skateboards or skates 
  • Personal property or clothing that is a potential hazard to others (e.g. chains, wallet chains or jewelry with spiked edges) 

For your safety and the safety of others, all guests are subject to a security screening prior to entry inside Daily’s Place along with inspection of all bags and handheld items. Magnetometers (including magnetic wanding) may be used to screen all guests at the security entry points. Prior to the screening, guests will be asked to remove all metal from their pockets and person for security staff to inspect. If a guest does not feel comfortable with the metal detector screening, a physical pat-down will be conducted instead. Guests electing not to consent to the metal detector screening or physical pat-down, along with a bag search, will be denied entry inside Daily’s place. Please see the BAG POLICY section for more information on permissible bags. 

Guests are not permitted to check items at Daily’s Place entry points or inside of the venue. Guests will either be asked to return prohibited items to their vehicles or dispose of them prior to entrance into the venue. Possession of prohibited items inside Daily’s Place is grounds for ejection from Daily’s Place and a forfeited ticket without refund. 

Bold Events and other Daily’s Place event staff are NOT responsible for lost, left behind, stolen, or damaged items. 

 

CAN I BRING FOOD INTO DAILY’S PLACE? 

Food is permitted inside Daily’s Place during events, provided that it is unwrapped and placed inside a one-gallon clear plastic bag no larger than 11” x 11” (standard freezer bag). 

All food items are subject to visual inspection and may be subject to a more thorough inspection if necessary. Bold Events reserves the right to deny any food item from entry into the venue. No outside liquids or beverages will be permitted inside Daily’s Place. Any medically necessary exceptions must be pre-approved by Bold Events. WHAT PREMIUM SEATING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT DAILY’S PLACE? 

There are four types of premium seating options available at Daily’s Place – lounge boxes, loge boxes, Personal Seat Licenses and the Fields Auto Group Terrace Suite. Each offers a premium setting in which to enjoy world-class entertainment with clients, prospects, family and friends. WHAT FOOD AND BEVERAGE SELECTIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN PREMIUM SPACES? 

Guests with tickets in the Fields Auto Terrace Suite have access to premium concessions in the Fields Auto Terrace Suite through their loaded VIP ticket. Guests sitting in a lounge or loge box can take advantage of in-seat wait service. A food and drink menu is available upon arrival or an order can be placed in advance. 

 

WHAT PARKING IS INCLUDED IN MY PREMIUM SEATING PURCHASE? 

Premium parking is located on the east side of Daily’s Place in Lot D and requires a parking pass. Guests who park in premium parking lots should enter through Gate 4. Guests with lounge or loge box tickets can take advantage of courtesy valet parking accessible in Lot D. All premium parking requires a parking pass. 

 

WHO CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SOUTH END ZONE TUNNEL? 

Daily’s Place guests can get up close and personal with TIAA Bank Field, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars, by visiting the South End Zone Tunnel prior to the start of each event. This area is located on the ground level on the north end of the Lycamobile South End Market. Here, guests can mingle with friends at field level where the Jaguars play and see two of the world’s largest video boards. 

 

DOES DAILY'S PLACE HAVE WI-FI? 

Daily’s Place is happy to offer free public wifi to guests, subject to the terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are available at: https://www.dailysplace.com/wifi. By using the wifi, you agree to the terms and conditions. 

 

WHAT IF MY TICKETS ARE LOST OR STOLEN? 

There is a $5 reprint fee per ticket. Tickets will only be reprinted for the original purchaser and the customer must present actual credit card, photo I.D., and Ticketmaster confirmation number. Tickets purchased from third party websites cannot be reprinted. Please be advised that in some instances tickets will not be able to be reprinted. Tickets may only be reprinted at the box office on the day of the event.

St. Augustine Amphitheatre FAQ

 

Where is the St. Augustine Amphitheatre located? 

The Amphitheatre is located on Anastasia Island next to Anastasia State Park and Recreation Area at 1340C A1A South. View Directions 

 

How much is parking? 

Parking in the St. Augustine Amphitheatre Main Lot costs $20.00. There is a limited number of parking spots available at the Main Lot and we encourage concert attendees to purchase Premium Parking ticket in advance of the concert event. Premium Parking tickets may be purchased online or at the Box Office. There is free parking at our satellite parking lots located at RB Hunt Elementary School Soccer Field and Anastasia State Park.

Where does the Amphitheatre Shuttle pick up? 

The Amphitheatre Shuttle stops at the RB Hunt Elementary School Soccer Field and Anastasia State Park on show days. Keep your eye out for Amphitheatre SHUTTLE STOP signs. 

How early should I arrive for a show? 

We recommend that you arrive at least 1 hour prior to show time. This will give ample time to walk or shuttle in from the satellite parking areas, go through the ticket lines, get acquainted with the venue, & find your seat. 

 

Does the Amphitheatre sell alcohol? 

Alcoholic beverages will be sold at most Amphitheatre events. The sale of alcohol will end 30 minutes prior to the end of the show. 

 

Does the Amphitheatre sell food?

What items can I bring into the Amphitheatre during an event? What items are prohibited?

How close are Anastasia State Park camping facilities to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre? 

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is literally a stone throw away from the Anastasia State Park Camping area. If you are looking for beautiful camping accommodations, close to the Amphitheatre and near the beach, we encourage you to stay at Anastasia State Park. 

 

 Where can I buy tickets to an event at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre? 

There are a few options when purchasing tickets for shows. You can buy tickets online or on the phone through Ticket Master (1-800-745-3000). Tickets may also be purchased in person only at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre during box office hours. 

 

When is the Amphitheatre box office open? 

The box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday’s from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The box office is located directly in front of the Amphitheatre. 

 

Can I buy tickets day of show? 

If there are tickets available they can be purchased at the box office day of show. The Amphitheatre Box Office & Will Call opens at 12:00 PM on show day. 

 

Where is Will Call? 

Will Call is located at the far left hand window of the box office. 

 

Why does my General Admission (GA) ticket have a row and seat number? 

The row and seat numbers on GA tickets are just a form of tracking – like a serial number. Few events at the Amphitheatre are General Admission but when a concert is GA it is in the pit/orchestra area only.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child? 

Most shows do not require parents to purchase tickets for children under the age of two. Please bear in mind the child will not have a seat and must remain on the parent’s lap throughout the show. If a seat is desired for the child an additional ticket must be purchased at the regular price. Age requirements may vary by show, please call and check in advance. 

 

What time do the gates open? 

The gates generally open 90 minutes prior to the show time printed on your ticket. 

 

What amenities does the Amphitheater offer for the disabled? 

Handicapped parking is located in the main parking lot on-site at the Amphitheatre. The Amphitheatre has 91 handicapped seats within seating areas and nearly every area of the venue is handicap accessible. Handicap patrons are allowed to purchase 1 companion seat with the purchase of a handicap seat. Click here for additional info. 

 

Can I leave a show and then re-enter? 

The St. Augustine Amphitheater does not allow re-entry for most events for security reasons. However, it may be allowed for some festivals or events. Please pay attention to the signage when purchasing your tickets to make sure you are aware of the events re-entry policy. 

 

Will an event be cancelled because of weather? 

Shows at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre are held rain or shine. During the spring and summer months it is not unusual for a large storm to come through in the afternoon and clear up for the evening. We encourage concert goers to please watch the weather and dress accordingly. The PIT, 100 & 200 Sections of the Amphitheatre are covered by a canopy. The 300 Sections are not covered and are subject to the elements. 

 

In the event that St. Johns County is under a hurricane watch or warning, all events WILL BE CANCELLED. Please visit the St. Augustine Amphitheatre website for updates. 

 

Where is the lost & found? 

The lost & found is located in the St. Augustine Amphitheatre Box Office. After a show you can inquire about a lost belonging at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, holidays excluded. Please call 904-471-1965. 

 

Can I bring my pet? 

The only pets allowed in the St. Augustine Amphitheatre are Certified Service animals. 

 

What time do shows end? 

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is mandated in its lease from the State of Florida to end all entertainment by 10:30 PM. 

 

Where is the First Aid Station? 

The First Aid Station is located next to the men’s restrooms in the breezeway.
